As the above picture clearly indicates, its Eisenhower. Hawaii was the 50th state and admitted to the Union on August 21, 1959. Prior to that, Hawaii had voted in June, via referendum, to join the United States as a State. This was only after a bill had passed through Congress in March 1958, authorizing the legislation.
