Come on now. This classic comes from Back to The Future and is spoken by one of the best cross-generational villans of all time, Biff Tanner.
The quote is actually used in two Back to The Future movies - Back to the Future 1 and Back to the Future 2. Personally, I think that its use in the 2nd movie is even funnier - in that movie, young Biff says the butcher quote to older Biff, who proceeds to smack Biff and yell at him for butchering the quote. "It's LEAVE! Make like a tree and LEAVE, you idiot!"
